Adgile Media Holdings Pte Ltd, together with its affiliated and subsidiary entities (collectively, "Adgile", "we", "us" or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals whose information we handle.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and otherwise process information in connection with:

  • our websites, including adgile.com, adgile.media, adgile.com.au, tvadverts.com.au, and associated subdomains (the Websites);

  • our mobile applications available on iOS and Android (the Apps); and

  • our advertising measurement, analytics and related technology services (the Services).

2. About Adgile and Our Business

Adgile is an advertising measurement and media intelligence technology company. We provide advertisers, agencies, broadcasters and media owners with data-driven insights about advertising delivery, exposure and performance across television, digital and connected media environments.

Our Services are designed to operate without collecting consumer-level personally identifiable information. We focus on measurement, analytics and reporting derived from advertising activity and audience interaction, including data originating from third-party digital platforms where our technology is deployed.

3. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

3.1 Website Visitors

When you visit our Websites, we may automatically collect:

  • device and technical information (such as browser type, operating system and device type);

  • network and approximate location information derived from IP address;

  • usage and behavioural information (such as pages viewed, referral URLs and session duration); and

Where payment card information is used, it is processed by our third-party service providers and is not stored by Adgile.

  • app usage information, such as screens viewed, features used and session duration;

  • diagnostic and performance information, including crash reports and error logs; and

  • push notification tokens, where you enable notifications.

Where permitted by your device settings and applicable law, we may also collect advertising identifiers. On iOS devices, if required, we will request permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework before engaging in cross-app tracking. Declining permission will not materially affect core app functionality.

3.4 Data Processed Through Advertising Measurement Services

As part of our Services, we may process data relating to interactions with advertisements on third-party platforms, including:

  • advertisement impression and engagement information;

  • device or browser information at the time of ad exposure; and

  • approximate location information derived from IP address.

This data is processed for measurement and analytics purposes and is used in aggregated or pseudonymised form. It is not used to directly identify individual consumers, and Adgile does not build or sell individual consumer profiles.

3.5 Marketing and Communications Contacts

If you attend an Adgile event, download content, subscribe to updates or otherwise engage with our marketing activities, we may collect business contact information and engagement data relating to those interactions.

3.6 Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless required by law or provided with explicit consent.

3.7 Children's Privacy

Our Websites, Apps and Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you interact with us;

  • automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use our Websites or Apps; and

  • from third parties, including our clients, service providers and digital platforms, where relevant to the Services.

Except for limited business contact and account information relating to registered platform users and marketing contacts, Adgile does not collect names, contact details or other direct identifiers of individual consumers. Some information (such as business contact data, operational metadata or platform telemetry) may be processed or stored by Adgile or its service providers in jurisdictions outside Australia, including where cloud infrastructure or support services are located. Where overseas processing occurs, Adgile takes reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles and aligned with recognised data protection standards.
